For me, TurkishWIN represents The New Woman!

She’s socially responsible, career-oriented, believes in sisterhood, takes motherhood seriously, and seeks equal partnerships. I learned so much at every event. I’m proud to be a part of it.

Beba Foundation’s mission is to give back and support young women entrepreneurs. Million Women Mentors - Turkey Program is a huge undertaking that will have a significant impact in many women’s lives And we are proud to be one of the Founding Members.

We can’t think of a better partner than TurkishWIN and their Bin Yaprak platform to run the program in the field. Their professio nalism, enthusiasm and can-do attitude have ensured flawless execution so far and we are confident we will reach our goal of 1 million mentoring connections within 10 years

Actually, when we connect with each other through stories, we truly realize that we are living. Through "Story Harvesting," I feel that I immortalize the stories of women who have touched my life and inspired me. This platform carries the mission of advocating for women's empowerment and equality of opportunity, acting as a voice for every woman. By sharing women's life experiences, challenges, and triumphs, we celebrate them and learn from their wisdom. I am grateful that "Story Harvesting" has given me the chance to be a bridge in this meaningful journey. The space where women's stories are harvested inspires all of us and instills hope for societal change.

I believe that people are born with great potential.

Unfortunately, on the journey to adulthood, we sometimes stray from this potential or somehow forget it. I think every story we share is an opportunity to remind us of this potential.

Story Harvestings are wonderful sessions where women repeatedly become aware of their power.

As I celebrate five years of collaboration with TurkishWIN, I’m filled with immense gratitude for being part of a platform that truly walks the talk when it comes to empowering women and making sisterhood a reality. TurkishWIN has been a space where I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredibly talented women from around the world—each with unique skills, stories, and one powerful shared mission: to uplift and support the next generation of women.

Volunteering and partnering with TurkishWIN has allowed me to give back in meaningful ways—something that brings me deep personal joy. Whether it’s mentoring young women, co-developing skill-building programs, or contributing to initiatives that elevate women’s voices, TurkishWIN has been a catalyst for impact and purpose in my journey.

I’ve had the privilege of shaping the TurkishWIN brand from the very beginning—15 years of bold ideas, shared purpose, and unstoppable women. What began as a circle of ambition has grown into a vibrant, action-driven sisterhood network. TurkishWIN reminds me that true impact lies not in what we achieve alone, but in what we spark in others.

We are coming together to help young women in STEM discover their potential on their career.

TurkishWIN has always been an inspiring community for me. I am very proud to be an 'Uplighter' on this platform that allows women to walk together in support of each other. In this network where women leaders and all supporters who shed light on their journeys come together, I have the opportunity to accompany these journeys with the knowledge and experiences I have gained.

As a man, contributing to TurkishWIN's 'Uplighter' mission is especially meaningful to me. This is an important step that shows the inclusiveness of the community and the power of uniting around common values. I believe that TurkishWIN's motto 'If she did it, I can do it too!' has a broader impact not only among women but also with all supporters.
